O, the Weather Outside is Frightful...

WINTER WONDERLAND; 01 | Merry Everythingmas! It's time for the city of Avastarya to give back to the Champions! Careful and meticulous research has been done into the festival traditions of each and every one of them, and the Carnival District has been redecorated to suit! No matter where your character is from or what practices they may have, there is something here for them (up to player discretion!) There are also bright lights, carolers, enormous platters of food that always seem fresh and will have that particular flavour of 'mom/dad/siblings/etc used to make it just like this back home!' Religious denominations are all equally respected here, and there will be little corners of the District dedicated to each one practiced by a Champion. 02 | Did someone say... snowball fight? There is an enormous snow fort that has been built at the base of Sentinel's Rest. It's alarmingly well-equipped with snowballs, and there are prizes of all sort for participating. The local children will certainly be there! Join in the fight? Be a referee or maybe stand on call in case of medical emergencies? Up to you! The goal is to have fun, in this weird and zany snowscape where the snow never seems to melt and the temperature is always perfect. 03 | A Time To Honour The Past; Everyone has a person they miss from home. Whether it's friends or loved ones, or even those that have passed on. Well, the Powers that Be in Avastarya have gotten together to do something special for the Champions, more than just the festivities and the fun. They've actually brought people here, for just one night, from each person's world. Someone who mattered, made a difference, or whom your character loved. (They would generally try not to bring someone that may be inflammatory, but all characters 'brought in' for this event are up to player discretion. A character can also turn down the offer, if they'd prefer not to have anyone brought from home.) Feel free to godmode these temporary NPCs, have them interact with others/etc. There shouldn't be more than three people brought in per character, though. Everyone involved will be told well in advance that it's only for one night so there will be no surprises when the temporary NPCs vanish! 04 | Wildcard; Is your character handing out gifts? Being a regular old scrooge? Sending out hand-made gift baskets? Knitting scarves for their pals? There is also local ice skating, the good old stand-by of snowman building, and the aurora borealis is lighting up the night sky over the city like crazy. Enjoy a cup of cocoa on Sentinel's Rest, visit the Overdrome and partake of their kitschy souvenir shop. Whatever festivities your heart desires are present somewhere in the city.
